I would love to have different sprites for different tasks/periods of the day. It would be super fun to have different expressions for helpful tips or encouragement messages, too! I think the community would be more than happy to create as many variations as the firmware is willing to support, so having the option to assign specific sprites to individual tasks or categories and a user-friendly way to customize expressions based on tone, etc. would add a lot of charm and depth to the avatars.

As a digital artist myself, I would love to have my custom avatar cycle through many different expressions/poses just to add variety, or even cycle between a cast of multiple characters if given the option. I think the more flexible the avatar customization features are, the more the community will be able to expand upon it.

I would love to see this as a part of pomodoro timers or when you have scheduled breaks on your calendar. Maybe the avatar would be relaxing reading while waiting, but when working it’s more active? Could this possibly be factored into the ai personality? This is a cool idea!
