@Harshyt Goel,
One suggestion on the software side would be to implement a busy/free-only calendar integration for providers that support it and the associated guided flows for ones that do and don’t.
Barring that, you could add a toggle/flag to have it say only that there’s an upcoming event/meeting and the time duration.
It would be super useful for sensitive multi-person environments. The end-user would, of course, still have to figure out their own regulatory (Corporate Policy/GDPR/HIPAA) data processing issues.

I agree with this! I’m a mental health therapist and it would be nice to be able to toggle off or have a privacy filter to be able to keep names, etc away from anyone walking by or seeing.

Danielle Yes! It would be cool to have the option to pull up one only when prompted. :)

Sami you'd also have to ensure the names don't get sent to an uncontrolled server though too

Yannik Nelson that would be something to look at is if inkboard would be on a hipaa compliant server? Or if you could toggle in/off specific calendars when using vpn or your own internet etc?

After some thought, maybe adding an optional screen filter (removable or like a screen protector film) could solve this issue?
